Hatyai, sightseeing & eating slot

Above is the morning breeze view from our room window on the 2nd day from Hatyai

waking up at 8am in d morn of KL time..but still an early bird to have our Hotel breakfast =)

hehhehehe...coz its 1 hour diff from Msia =D

grabbing d best food in our eyes..wobbling dwn d tummy since its buffet style..BUT of course in a better manner =)) we learnt table manners SUMHOW :P n yea..food are tasted d best when u 1st tried it...but d bad news here is..haha..we had tis for dinner later on..(really ALMOST SIMILAR food =.=''') and these will b the SAME breakfast we all gonna experience for the following days :P

anyways...on the 2nd day..we had a pre-planned schedule right from early morning of 9am till 5pm (thai time)

1stly~ TEMPLE VISITING- NO joke..its all temples u will see below..nth but TEMPLES... XD

oh yea...while waiting for our tourguide van..posing cutely in front of MCcafe..

yet didnt try d cafe though i wanted to...but due to budget n cash constraint..i held bac my caffeine addiction RIGHT DER :P its ard 90 bht plus for a cup...(will try it sumtime~~)

okie okie..cut d crap n start our temple trail shall we...

stop 1: WAT hat yat nai temple

the sleeping buddha temple..

i can rmb the temple name in heart ady now..coz we have been doing on research ever since mid dec..n tis keep popping up in our list..n i wanted go der to see the BIG statue of sleeping buddha for real.. :P

and guess wat..we went der turn a round POSE & take pic to prove HELLO WE ONCE HERE :D

and its a really SCORCHING HOT SUN on 2nd day XD

so after the TEMPLES visiting..OFF we go to visit on the Hatyai ICe Dome~ the new tourist spot...

its on the wat down from the temples...in the municipal Park..but for d details description check out on google..the onli thing i rmb is..its opened since November laz yr...hahaha..cz its part of our decision to go since its newly opened with its equipment still considered as CLEAN :P

oh yea..the entry fees is 300bht~ard RM30+ NOT CHEAP...n in the end not worth it..to me lar..coz u will jz end up sight seeing,taking photos n o yea...FREEZING IN COLD>.< shorts =".="

well..dey do have Jackets and handgloves PROVIDED

OMGAWD is all we can say...freezing cold plus need to put on a smile..is a HARD THING :P

but the ice sculptures are sumhow indeed nice ones..coz not stuffs u always see in ur daily life..

it has 3 lvls and each is provided wif a Mat to slide dwn..so no worries wif watever u r wearing..haha..coz u do not have direct contact to d slide... :p

and after leaving the ice DOME..we are greeted wif Gardens of flowers for us to take pics AGAIN...

and i lurve this d most...it look so sweet like a couply pic...(bleuk....coz its 2 lesbo-looking gals..haha)


oh.....the day doesnt juz end der...coz trip to Ice dome merely took us 1 hour plus..aiks..n it cost us 300bht...toldya y i felt not worth it rite.....

so off we go to heal our tummy for LUNCH!!! at Yor island>>

grabbing on menu ordering whichever seems nice AFFORDABLE to us :P

1st-introducing TOM YAM SEAFOOD

next-BROCOLI (haha coz we have picky vege eater)

Then-Prawn with nice sauce =)

And also-Fried Squids...

and tats not the last..coz funny enuf we had Telur dadar as the laz dish XD and its very oily and tasty... :P don ask me y do i combine d oily n tasty coz it tasted nice AND VERY OILY at d same time :P

der is even a local pemborong store selling Local Thai souvenir FOOD such as crackers,biscuits,kuih kapit chic floss n etc...u can buy some here...or buy it from the well known PASAR by Hatyai ppl...jz hop on any tut-tut car dey can bring u der..(coz tats d place we went for the 3rd day..)

Before heading to SAMILA beach(mermaid beach), we went to TUngkuan Hill..

coz we have been wondering y everyone is introducing US to pay a visit to tesco...

while walking ard i still cant und...UNTIL i reach d liquor n junk food section XD

the Liquor such as Chivas is sold at prices ALMOST the same at Langkawi ^.*

the junk food like LAys is selling in more variation forms of packet n CHEAPER price...try to get LAYS regular size at ard RM3 :D

so....oops...in d end...7 of us...got these>>

like a trash of rubbish for the day...but its all VALUABLE STUFF leh.. XD

and we finally got our tut tut ride in Hatyai town..

-bd cake...we walk streets over streets to get a CAKE...n FINALLY at a CORNER of one street we spotted a cake shop n zadao to realise OMG..d bakery onli bake cake on ordering =.= fastest u can get a round cake is tmr morn XD nvr came to noe cake can b such a hard one to find...we end up getting sth wif greentea n red bean moose type..

and guess wat..while heading back to hotel we hop on to 7eleven n surprise ourselves wif CAKES...

so...

so...piece of advice...buy ur cake b4 8pm thai time next time...more options u can get...haha...

well..it ended quite well..cz jess is kinda surprise by the 'celebration'

n as u can c...our knife for the cake cutting ceremony has been replaced by a SPOON>>

miss LOKE tested wif her mouth...M'sia's Jelly can put in the whole thing right into it...but Thai's jelly will b popping out her mouth..so...experiment DONE..proven ITS longer XD
